I am obsessed with Pinterest, and sadly that's an understatement. Recently, I found this recipe for breakfast cookies on Pinterest, and I am in love. Cookies for breakfast, can it get any better? YES! They're healthy to!! Oatmeal, bananas, apple sauce, peanut butter, and chocolate chips...that pretty much all that's in these tasty morning treats. The recipe can be found here. Although the recipe calls for whey protein powder, I used a dairy-free protein powder from our local health food store. I also didn't use any peanuts.
